Is Shiba Inu Still Profitable in 2022?

The year 2021 will be one of golden history for Shiba Inu (SHIB), many success stories for SHIB investors and has provided huge returns for early investors. The Shiba Inu made its trading debut on August 1, 2020 and has since been a rocket of interest. Since August 01, 2020 to Nov 17, 2021 the price of Shiba Inu has gone up 10,000,000%. Currently, many crypto exchanges have listed SHIBs for trading on their platforms, and this is one of the advantages for Shiba Inu, which will increase the liquidity of SHIBs and build a larger community. But as a popular meme coin SHIB is currently being followed by new investors who are very challenging and full of risk of loss to hold Shiba Inu in 2022. SHIB Price Drop The price of the Shiba Inu is decreasing and is often in the red zone, Currently the Shiba Inu price is $0.00003699, down 58.13% from ATH $0.00008845 which occurred on OCt 28, 202. The ranking on Coinmarketcap is also no longer in the top 10 but has dropped to only 13th.
Here are seven reasons Is Shiba Inu Still Profitable in 2022?

1. Community is not a measure of success
Shiba Inu is built on a community, the bigger the community, the stronger the Shiba Inu role in the cryptoworld, because there will be more loyal Shiba Inu users. But if we look at the community on social media that only focuses on one coin and pumps up the price of SHIB, they generally don't pay much attention to long-term use or investment. Many community experts are nothing but hype based on personal or group interests, so we shouldn't put community first as the basis for long-term investment judgments.

2. Almost no real-world utility To date, according to Cryptwerk, there are only 140 merchants worldwide who are willing to accept Shiba Inu as a means of payment.

3. Shiba Inu has a very short holding period
According to Coinbase Global, the average holding time for Shiba Inu is 20 days, which is a very low one. So the Shiba Inu has a very short holding period. This means that investors only seek short-term momentum (trading) not as long-term investors.

4. Does not have the desired differentiation
Shiba Inu's lack of competitive advantage and differentiation is one of its weaknesses, because Shiba Inu is just an ERC-20 token that runs on the Ethereum blockchain, meaning transaction fees will be calculated according to gas on the Ethereum blockchain. So Shiba Inu holders will be charged higher transaction fees during withdrawals and transfers compared to transaction fees on other popular coins.

5. Shiba Inu has no ties to Elon Musk
Almost all crypto lovers know that Elon Musk only invests in 3 coins namely Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin. So Musk doesn't have the Shiba Inu as an investment. also Elon Musk's tweets have absolutely no real connection to the Shiba Inu or the community.

6. Failed Listing on Robinhood
Another reason to consider before buying a Shiba Inu for a long-term investment is that SHIB failed to list on Robinhood, despite having garnered over 500,000 signatures. but until now there has been no response from Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev, who will continue to evaluate the Shiba Inu.

7. History of Shiba Inu
If we look back at the beginning of 2021 the price of the Shiba Inu has skyrocketed rapidly, there has also been a rapid decline in prices at the end of 2021, and the Shiba Inu has lost more than 50% since the All Time High. The Shiba Inu price predictions show a decline in the short term or until the end of 2021. And we don't know what will happen to the Shiba Inu in 2022.
So are you still willing to invest $1,000 in Shiba Inu now? Or you will just invest $100 -$200 in SHIB.
